Free Shipping on a kakikoori (ice-shaving) machine purchases over 60,000
yen.
Please notice the following exceptions.
- Not available in Hokkaido and Okinawa.(1,790 yen to Hokkaido, \3,360 yen
to Okinawa)
- Free shipping value varies by ship to isolated islands and overseas (outside
Japan); indiviually estimated.
- Items other than a kaki-koori machine(ice-shaving machine) such as kaki-koori

Receipt
- When you pay by COD,the delivery company 's invoice is a receipt. Please
retain it.
- When you pay by bank transfer, the transfar account is a receipt. Please
retain it.
- When you buy at our shop, we write a receipt.
- If you need any invoices or packing lists, please inform us.
International Shipment
If you ask our company for international shipping, we need to take a procedure
of international shipping and packing.
So you will be charged, in addition to the shipping cost, 10 % commission out of a bill for your product.
On our international shipping policy, your product is to be sent only by
EMS (Express Mail Service).
You cannot take the other options such as SAL mail or surface mail.
If you want to take the other options or have some other kind of requests,
you can check and see express companies in Japan.
Shipping condition varies due to which country to send to.
So, for the first, please ask us for information and make an estimate.
(Regarding shipment in Japan, we charge regular shipping cost only)
Shipment
Products are shipped through Sagawa Ttansportation or Seino Transportation.
(in some areas, we ship through Yamato Transportation)
Delivery
Products are delivered within 3-4 days from your order date.
When you pay by bank transfer or cash registration (prepayment),products
will be shipped after confirmation of payment.
In case of out of stock or delay in the delivery, we would like to inform
you.
The delivery of the products might be delay for specified peiods when the
transportation conditions are worse.
How to Return/Exchage of Products
When you want to return/exchange of products, please contact us within
7days of receipt. If we do not hear from you, we can not accept any returns.
We cannot accept any return or exchange what you once used.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, please pay shipping
cost for the returned items at your end.
